In such cases, OrAdRyx reserves the right to issue:

✦ a partial refund, or
✦ a service credit for future consultations
The resolution method is determined at OrAdRyx’s sole discretion.
Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following situations:
✦ The consultation has already taken place, in whole or in part
✦ Strategic analysis, preparation, or documentation has begun
✦ The client is dissatisfied with insights, recommendations, or strategic direction provided
✦ The client expected execution services (ad management, creative production, campaign optimization), which are explicitly not offered by OrAdRyx
✦ The client changes their mind after receiving the service
✦ The client fails to attend the scheduled consultation without prior notice
✦ The results or outcomes do not meet subjective expectations
OrAdRyx provides strategy, clarity, and expert perspective, not guaranteed business results. Strategic consulting inherently involves interpretation and decision-making beyond our control.
No Returns Policy
As OrAdRyx does not sell physical goods or downloadable mass products, returns are not applicable.

Rescheduling Policy
Clients may request to reschedule a booked consultation provided that notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.

Chargebacks & Disputes
